Once your deposit is received, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and design details. Tracy will collaborate with you to craft a design that perfectly represents your brand or school team.

**What’s included with your deposit:**
- Priority scheduling for your custom design project
- A personalized consultation to discuss your design needs and pricing (deposit goes toward your final cost for physical or digital products)
- 3 design revisions to ensure the final product is exactly what you want
- Full support from concept to final design
- A range of product options, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and tote bags. We use high-quality DTF printing for all apparel, hats, and totes, with custom hat patches made from leatherette or DTF transfers.

**Deposit Terms:**  
The deposit is non-refundable. All invoices for custom digital or physical products must be paid in full before production begins. For custom digital designs (e.g., logos) that do not require shipment, the final design will be delivered via email once payment is received and the project is complete.  

**Refunds:**  
As custom products are made to order, refunds are not available once the consultation and design are approved. There is no refund for products created from the approved design.
